Please review and sign waiver prior to appointment. Waiver is valid with or without a signature. My number one goal is for my client to leave my chair happy. If you are unhappy with your hair you have up to 7 days to let me know and come in for any minor changes I can do without compromising the integrity of your hair and there will be a fee. Additionally the products you use on your hair at home effect your hair tremendously. If you are using products on your hair at home that were not approved by me I will not be able to preform any “redo” services. Going to another stylist prior to me assessing your hair also voids any warranty.
